THE BECOMING OF A RELATION BETWEEN SOCIAL GROUP MOJA PLAŽA D.O.O AND THE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER
With the acceptance of these general conditions, the third supplier, who wants his service to be advertised on a Website www.beachrex.com, bounds to make a choice between the two deals (basic or advanced), which are available. The supplier bounds that the payment for the service will be immediate and that it will be paid with secure electronic payment method (pay pal). If the supplier doesn’t pay for the service, the contract is not considered valid.
Third party supplier can either pay in one installment payment or in monthly installment payments. The contract is concluded for a period of one year, early withdrawal from the contract isn’t available. With the contract, the third party supplier loses it’s right to a refund.
LIABILITY OF MOJA PLAŽA D.O.O IN RELATION BETWEEN MOJA PLAŽA D.O.O AND THE THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER
Moja Plaža d.o.o., as the owner of the Website www.beachrex.com, with the signing of the contract isn’t bound to make services, which are related or in a relation between the third party supplier and the user. With the acceptance of this general terms and conditions, the supplier accept, that Moja Plaža d.o.o. isn’t obliged to organize meetings or accept orders and demands.
The content, that is being uploaded by the third party supplier on the Website www.beachrex.com, is his own responsibility. Every damage, which can be caused by such content is sole responsibility of third party supplier.
Moja Plaža d.o.o. does not control Websites which are being used by the third party supplier, therefore it is not responsible for the content, protection of personal data, privacy. Users interaction with third party suppliers are at his own risk. Moja Plaža.do.o. will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third party suppliers or for any damages and costs resulting from users interactions with third party suppliers.

Because Moja Plaža d.o.o is not a party of any rental transaction between users and Advertisers/property or services supplier, any dispute or conflict involving actual or potential transaction between user and third partu supplier, including the quality, condition, safety or legality of a listed property, the accuracy of the listing content, the Advertiser's ability to rent a vacation rental property, or users ability to pay for a vacation rental property, is solely the responsability of each user. Users accepts and agrees that hi may be required to enter into a separate rental agreement with a third party supplier.
User agrees, that he will consult general Terms of Use provided by the third party supplier, for any further information on vacation rental fees, security deposits, payment processing, and cancellations and refunds.
