The Danish beach Strand Østerskov is quite something special, especially because of the surface on the beach. Here you don't have sand, but a mixture of different beach surfaces types with big pebbles being the dominant. The beach is located on the island Langeland, near the village Humble in the region Syddanmark. When getting here with your vehicle, you can park on a parking place only 10 m away from the beach. The beach has a total length of several kilometres and is 10 m wide. Because of the large stones in the water it's not that easy to enter it. Once you are in the water you can start swimming at around 10 m. You have a lot of beach infrastructure on this location, a children playground and sport fields included.
