Boltenhagen is the name of the village where this sandy beach is located. It belongs to the region Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and it is very easy to access with any kind of vehicle. You have many options to park your vehicle here, either by the road or on some large parking places. It takes you around 200 meters of walking to reach the beach. The beach is a few kilometres long and some 50 meters wide. The inclination on the beach is normal, water access is comfortable and because of the flat seabed the point of swim is at around 75 meters. Like many German beaches also this one is divided into many sectors, one regular, one for the dog owners, and one for the nudist. You have many options to get something to eat or to drink here.
