Paralia Lagómandra

If you love beaches with natural shadow or you need the shade of the trees to protect you or your children from the sun, you need to visit the beach Lagomandra on the Halkidiki peninsula in the Kantriki Makedonia region. Your car, maybe also a motorhome will also love the beach parking because the whole parking is in the shadow, so you can always be sure that a cool car awaits you, when you return back to it. The beach itself is made of sand and it is best recommended for families, especially for the ones with small children, your children will be really protected if stay under the trees. Total length of the beach is 500 metres, it is 20 metres width, the water entry is nice and comfortable and you can start swimming already after 10 metres of entering the water. Beach infrastructure here is on an average Greece standard, which is OK, if you are not too demanding. In the summer time you also have a lifeguard on the beach. A beach bar is also here, and some restaurants in the vicinity, but not on the beach directly. You can also rent some beach equipment here, some small boats, a sup, kayak, and similar.
