One of the last beaches in the region Friesland, on the Lake IJsselmeer, before you enter the region Flevoland, is the Netherland beach Lemsterstrand. It is located in the city Lemmer and is a sandy beach suitable for families with small children. You have lots of children playground on the beach to make your little ones happy. This location has a very large parking ground only 100m away from the beach and you can access it with any kind of vehicle. The access to the beach is easy and you also have many beach infrastructure and services available here. The beach itself is very flat, with a total length of 750 m and is 100 m wide. Because of the shallow water the water entry is very nice and the swimming point is at 30 m. On the beach itself you also have a restaurant.
