If you are searching for a sandy beach which is also suitable for kiteboarding, is located in the Dutch region Friesland on the shores of the Lake IJsselmeer, we recommend you to visit the beach Strand It Soal. To get to this location you need to drive towards Workum. This location is very easy to reach no matter what the vehicle you are travelling with and you can leave your vehicle on a large parking place only 50 m away from the beach. The access to the beach is very easy and you have quite a big beach area with a total length of 750 metres and a widthness of 50 m. The water entry, because of the shallow water, is very nice and the swimming point is far out at around 100 m. Some basic beach infrastructure is located on the beach. You can also rent some kiteboarding equipment here. Bistro and fast food kiosks are also available nearby. If you are searching for accommodation here, you have the option to stay in a camp or rent an apartment or a house.
