This Dutch beach Strand Schellinkhout is mostly admired by kiters and windsurfers. The water here is very shallow, which makes it ideal to surf on the water fast with little waves, but on the other hand it makes it ideal for small children to play in the water safely. It is located in the region Noord-Holland in the city Schellinkhout by the lake Markermeer. If you like this characteristics, this location is very easy to reach with any kind of vehicle and you can park on a large parking place only a few metres away from the beach. The beach has a mixture of sand and grass, it is 100 m long and 30 m wide. It is a flat beach with a shallow water, nice water entry and the point of swim being at more than 100 m away. You have here almost no beach infrastructure, the nearest toilets are a few 100m away. In the vicinity U have some restaurants and the option to find an accommodation in an apartment.
