Welcome to the very special formed beach Strand Nordskov. On the north part of the Danish island Funen the beaches are not made of sand, but predominantly of small pebbles. This is also the case with the beach we are covering in this article. It is located near the village Martofte in the region Syddanmark. You can visit this beach and drive to it with any kind of vehicle. The parking place is located directly on the beach, and you can also park your motorhome here. On the beach you have different types of surfaces but the main type are small pebbles. The beach is a few kilometres long and 10 meters wide, with many different shapes, which change when you walk near the water. When going to the water you have some large stones on your way, so be careful where you step. After 30 m you can already start swimming. Here you don't have any options to buy something to eat or drink, but you have some options for accommodation like apartments and a camp nearby.
