A true adventure beach is what you can expect when visiting the Greek beach Paralia Glyfada. It is located in the region Anatoliki Makedonia kai Thraki, which is the north east part of this famous country, and is part of the municipality of the town Komotini. The road which leads to the beach is paved and you can park directly in front of the beach. If you are a fan of a beach with almost no infrastructure, only a parking, also for motorhomes, then this beach is the one for you. If you are not, you should avoid it, and visit some beach closer to the small town Fanari. The beach main surface is predominantly made of sand, but you also have some pebbles mixed with in. This beach is very long, more than 1 kilometre, and the maximum width is only 10 metres. The point of swim is already at 10 metres. One characteristics which makes this beach a little special are the small cliffs, in red colour, in the background of the beach. Accommodation is far away, as well the restaurants.
