Strand Mariakerke Bad is a nother sandy beach in one of the most popular Belgian summer tourist destination, Oostende. If you like beaches where you can park very close to the beach, this beach is the right one for you. It is a family beach with all the essential beach infrastructure, of course many different types of restaurants are as well available here. West-Vlaanderen, which is the region where most of the beautiful sandy beaches are located, this one included, is located on the west coast line and enables U to experience some north sea summer feeling. No matter what the vehicle you are travelling with, this location is easy to reach and you have multiple options to park. To access to the beaches is easy. On the beach you have several kilometres of length and a minimum 75 m of width available, at low tide even more. Like it is usual in Belgium, also here you have a very nice water entry and the swimming point depends on the tide, but should be at around 20 metres. Oostende is famous for having accommodations directly on the beach, and in the case of this beach this is not exception.
