The city Binz, located on the German island Rügen, in the far north region Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, has a very long sandy beach to offer. It is a typical German beach, because it is divided into many lifestyle sectors, like the ones for dogs, and for the nudist, and a regular one, where beachwear is obligatory. Because it is so long you have many options to access it. Parking places are available along the whole stretch of the beach, and there's even one big one which we used. It takes your 200 meters of walking to reach the beach. Once there, you have 50 meters of width available, which stretches over several kilometres. The water access is very nice and comfortable and swimming starts at around 30 meters. On some parts the beach infrastructure is only basic, on some you have more advanced services available. Beach bars and bistros, as well as fast foods kiosks, are available directly on the beach. If you would like to stay here for longer you have many options for accommodation to choose from, mainly as apartments, and most of them are only a few meters away from the beach. Enjoy your beach with BeachRex.
